If I were the a leader of my country

If I were a leader of my country, I would develop national manufactures products and protect nature mineral water's resource, destroy rubbish, decrease air pollution, grow population. We would use resource nature ourselves. For example: Imagine a world with no drinking water and no water to wash or cook with. So, We need protect and love of water. But, So far, mineral water's resource decreasing, people fighting for water. In my opinion, at first we have to protect of water.
